It was the result of riding at a speed beyond my ability down a steep, rocky, overgrown footpath at about 2130hrs on the Monday evening MTB ride from Brighouse - can't blame anyone but myself and my desire keep up with persons better at riding down steep, dark, rocky descents - I'm not even sure where we were, somewhere near Lockwood over Huddersfield way. Fortunatly the bike and clothing and helmet were okay.
