6 May - Bank Holiday Weekend
Nmbers are down this weekend with several people away. Despite the poor weather forecast, Ian & Nigel are meeting at Luddenden Foot for 08:00 on Sunday for a run out west. Let one of us know if you are coming.
Thought you were still doing the surrogate Frank Whitton - full day in the Lakes - it must have been the beer talking on Wednesday night. Not having the necessary credit for a full day out I did my own thing - Grenoside, Bradfield, Dam Flask, Strines etc, lots of hills, lots of wind, very little tempo.
If I'd known you'd changed your plans I might have joined you and had an easier ride, tucked in at the back!
